These terms govern the use of Weblane Payments services operated by WEBLANE LABS (Company ID 540345220) ("we"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Definitions
- Services: the Weblane Payments platform and its components, including dashboard, APIs, documentation, and related tools.
- Merchant/Business: the entity using the Services to manage payments for its operations.
- End Customer: a customer of the Merchant (e.g. a payer) whose data/payments are managed through the Services.
- Payment Provider: a third party that processes payments (e.g. Tranzila, Meshulam).

What the Services do
The Services help merchants manage payments, products, customers and subscriptions, and integrate with payment providers via API. The Services may also generate accounting documents (such as receipts and tax-invoice/receipt documents) based on merchant inputs and configuration.

Third-party services
- Payment processing is performed by payment providers. Their terms, limitations, fees and rules apply as agreed between the merchant and those providers.
- We are not responsible for payment provider availability, transaction declines, chargeback/cancellation rules, or decisions made by providers or card networks.

Accounts, access and merchant responsibilities
- Merchants are responsible for safeguarding credentials, configuring access permissions, and notifying us of unauthorized use.
- Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter (including customer/product/business details) and for lawful use of the Services.

Accounting documents and taxes
Where the Services generate documents (receipts/invoices and similar), they are produced based on merchant-provided data and settings. The merchant is solely responsible for tax, accounting, bookkeeping compliance, and record retention.

Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Attempting to breach security, bypass controls, or access data without authorization.
- Distributing malware/spam or imposing unreasonable load on the platform.

Availability and changes
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.

Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Services, including reliance on third-party payment providers.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of a material breach of these terms, suspected illegal activity, security risk, or as required by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.
